Welcome to the alert tool "Raise your concern" of Lyreco

Our common purpose is to prevent and detect any ethical breach so that Lyreco may take the appropriate measures, remedy the situation and ensure that the behaviours and actions of Lyreco are fully consistent with our values.
We encourage you to discuss, ask for advice, raise questions, share your concerns and report any actual or potential ethical breach.
Why use the alert tool "Raise your concern" ?

This tool is designed to enable you to make a report in a fast, simple and secure way. It is available at any time, 24 hours a day.

Lyreco has chosen to use an external platform, not connected to the Lyreco IT systems, to ensure secure and confidential data processing of the report.

The use of the alert tool is entirely optional and voluntary.

This alert tool is in addition to the other existing reporting channels. We invite you to use the reporting channel with which you feel the most confident.

Who can make a report ?

The alert tool is intended for all Lyreco employees and external business partners .
What situations can be reported ?

You can report facts or behaviours of which you are aware in the working environment and which you believe, in good faith, constitute a violation of the Lyreco Code of Ethics, a violation of applicable laws and regulations, a crime, an offence or a threat to the public interest.

What guarantees does the person making a report have?

It takes courage to make a report. Ensuring protection of whistleblowers is a fundamental concern for Lyreco.

Be assured that the confidentiality of your report is guaranteed. All data and information concerning the report, including both the identity of the persons concerned and the facts reported, will be kept confidential. Reports will be received and handled by a restricted number of duly authorized persons bound by a specific confidentiality commitment.

No reprisals or sanctions may be taken against whistleblowers who submit a report honestly and in good faith, even if it turns out to be unfounded after investigation.
